PERSONAL TRAINING (1 hour)
This isn't your average gym grind.

A workout like no other. This isn't cardio boxing or "boxfit". This is real boxing training.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE (75-90 mins)
Gain the edge with Sports Performance sessions.

This is where athletes are built.
Raw strength, power, speed, mobility & coordination - if you're not doing it right, you're leaving performance on the table.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT (1 hour)
Focusing on what you do outside of the gym, as well as in it, gives you the best chance of maximum success. We'll assess lifestyle options, nutrition, and sleep to build a better you.

STRETCH THERAPY (45 mins)
Unlock mobility, lengthen muscles & move pain free. Recover properly.
Improve your posture and reset equilibrium.
Assisted stretch therapy is done through clothing & can be gym or home-based.
