Movement
Movement and exercise plays a key role in the management of health by improving fitness, lean muscle and reducing the accumulation of fat in the abdomen and surrounds.
Furthermore, it aids flexibility, strength, and increases our endurance. It helps us manage stress and supports healthy sleep. Exercise can also bring us outdoors into nature giving us fresh air, sunlight and relaxation. Move with Soto Health in 1-1 sessions or small group training.

Recovery
​
This is essential for high performance, longevity and overall health. Decrease pain, tension and injuries. Remove fatigue while oxygenating blood cells.
Recover with Soto Wellness via Sports Therapy Massage, cold water exposure to flush out toxins, plus stretching & reset movements. This isn't a spa visit, it's an investment in elite level recovery.

Nutrition
​
The focus is on fresh, real food, delivered from the ground to our plates. High in protein, full in flavour. I'm not a believer in fad diets, restricting ourselves or fasting.
I believe in colourful, flavoursome foods, and drinks, that will eliminate cravings and make you glow.

Sleep & Circadian Rhythm
​
We all have an internal body clock. Are you a 'lark' or an 'owl'? Reset your biological clock with light exposure, maximise your sleep and offset health issues.
Life gives us more to do, more options to keep us awake: it's time to retake control. Our bodies rest and repair during sleep. We make better choices, when rested. From what we eat to how we move, it's all affecting our next sleep.

Start the day with a gentle walk in nature or a beach-side movement session. A perfect way to wake up your body and set the tone for the day.

9:00am - Fuel Up
A protein-packed, vitamin-rich breakfast loaded with minerals and electrolytes to kickstart your system and fuel your next moves.

10:00am - Movement (1:1 Training)
90 minutes of personalised training. Whether you're pushing hard with high-intensity or dialing it back for a low-impact session, your workout is tailored to YOU.

12:00 - Recovery
Alternating Cold Water Exposure and Heat therapy. Stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and reset your body.

1:00pm - Eat Well
A nutrient-dense, high-protein meal to replenish your body, keep your energy up, and support recovery.

2:00pm - Sleep Optimisation
Sleep analysis followed by “la siesta” or free time to rest and rejuvenate. Your body’s rhythm is as important as your workout.

4:00pm - Recovery (Stretch & Reset)
Gentle stretching and mobility work to reset your body, increase flexibility, and release lingering tension.

5:00pm - Sports Massage Therapy
A 75-minute targeted Sports Massage session to break down muscle tension, promote recovery, and enhance performance.
